NDIC-WORKPLACE MENTORING AND COUNSELLING WORKSHOP-LAGOS-26-30 NOV 2012

Learning Impact NG organized A 5-Day Workshop for the Staff of Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation(N D I C) in Lagos.The Workshop titled Workplace Mentoring and Counselling, these exercise took place from the 26-30 November 2012.
The  Workshop covered Insightful Learnings for each day, these learnings include  Human Performance Improvement ,Workplace counselling and their various approaches, importance of  listening & how to implement positive change in our behaviours,also in clients services.
These Brainstorming and impact filled Workshop was Facilitated by Gbitse Barrow.

FUG PENSIONS-TEAMWORK WORKSHOP-ABUJA-24 NOV

A  1-Day workshop was held for the Staff of FUG Pensions which took place @ Mahatma Gandhi Room of the Bee Better Academy by Learning Impact NG on the 24 November 2012.

The workshop focused on  fostering and demonstrating  Team values, how to build workplace relationships and how team members  can be motivated in achieving a unified  goal in their organization .

The Learning moment was facilitated by Nkoyo Efretei.
