Developing the Leader Within You Workshop debuts in Abuja, Nigeria

The unique and exclusive content from the John Maxwell Company continued its roll-out through Nigerian based exclusive license partner for John C Maxwell Training in Nigeria - Learning Impact NG. The Company organized its first Developing the Leader within You Training Workshop in Abuja at the Valencia hotel in Wuse II from 11-12 February. The Content focused on the 5 Levels of leadership from John C Maxwell, and how these levels integrated with some of the 21 Laws of Leadership. Participants were able to assess their competencies as leaders across the levels of leadership and very importantly build concrete action plans to improve their influence at each level. Building Relational Skills with more Unity Bank Managers

The Learning Impact NG train continued on 12 February in Abuja with another group of Unity Bank Managers to improve their Relational Skills. Well timed ahead of valentine's Day, participants got an opportunity not only to reflect on their work and business relationships but also looked at how best to apply some of ourWinning with People Principles to spousal and family relationships. Unity Bank Managers in Abuja learn to Win with People

In its pioneering effort to bring the best of values based leadership development training to its people, the Training Department of Unity Bank Plc began its 2011 Leadership Training Sessions with a class of Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers in Abuja. In a class that was full of learning and fun, participants showed great enthusiasm as Learning impact NG Facilitator Gbitse Barrow led the Programme.
